why is my bamboo pen not working
Hi,
We would like to isolate this issue that you're having right now. Since you already tried to unpair and pair the pen tool again with your device, the next thing that we can try is to uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth driver.
In case that the issue persists, we suggest that you try to update the driver as a workaround. You can check and review an article created by one of our MVP, Andre Da Costa on how to update drivers in Windows 10 on this link.
We will wait for your response.
Regards.

For me on the ASUS q325ua I found you have to change the bamboo ink protocol from default AES to MPP. I did this and now my pen works perfectly. Hope this helps!
Your Bamboo Ink needs to be set to the right protocol for your device. Bamboo Ink is preset for the Wacom AES protocol. Switch between Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP) and Wacom Active Electrostatic (AES) devices as you please.
Press and hold both side buttons at the same time for two seconds to switch between protocols (one blink means the pen is in Wacom AES mode and two blinks means MPP mode) or to fix pairing and connectivity issues between stylus and device. Repeat to return to the previous setting.
Full instructions and illustrations for pairing and changing pen protocol can be found here:

*also note that prior to this I had tried it with my old laptop and successfully paired it with that. While my pen was paired to my old laptop it would not respond or pair to my new laptop. To unpair from my old laptop, I went to settings, Bluetooth and other devices, selected the bamboo ink, then clicked "remove device" After that it paired easily with my new laptop.

Simply put, it will not work.
The Lenovo yoga 910 model DOES NOT have a digitizer screen. Unlike the rest of Lenovo 2-in-1 models. Not sure why they chose to leave out this very important feature, but the lack of a screen digitizer IS NOT something you can update, download, or fix using any sort of firmware or driver fixes. Its a physical piece that was left out of the manufacturing process.
Yes, you can touch the screen. Yes you can use your finger (and any basic round rubber tipped stylus) to take notes; albeit using very specific apps-- or to click on options instead of using the touchpad on the keyboard.... but that's pretty much it.
Shocked that they didn't tell you all of this before buying the 910 model? Yeah, me too. it's a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT for anyone needing or wanting the precision of pin-point accuracy tools such as the Bamboo Ink smart stylus or the Microsoft Ink digital pen.

I have found the problem is with the Driver for the Bluetooth Low Energy driver. I have the same problem with my HP 2 in 1. It draws find, but the button does not work like it used to.
